Today, we proudly support adults aged 18 and over across Bristol and South Gloucestershire, delivering personalised home care that promotes independence, wellbeing and quality of life. Whether someone requires short-term support following hospital discharge, complex care, dementia care, palliative care or long-term assistance at home, our approach remains the same: to provide safe, compassionate and person-centred care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated provider, we have built our reputation on professionalism, integrity and continuous improvement. We work closely with the NHS, Bristol City Council, South Gloucestershire Council and other healthcare professionals to ensure every individual receives coordinated, responsive and high-quality care within the comfort of their own home.

Registered Manager
Alex brings over 12 years of experience in clinical leadership and adult social care, with a strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, dignity and compassion in every home.

Alongside his role at Alex C&C Healthcare, Alex is an experienced assessor and lead trainer, delivering training and supporting professional development across the wider health and social care sector, including other care providers. His knowledge helps shape a team that is confident, competent and committed to best practice.
Alice Alexandra
Care Coordinator
Alice manages care schedules and liaises closely with families to ensure every person-centred support plan is delivered with precision, consistency and heartfelt care.

As Care Coordinator, she helps keep communication clear, supports smooth day-to-day operations and makes sure each client receives care that reflects their individual needs, preferences and routines.
Adela Virginia
Senior Care Lead
Adela focuses on staff development and quality assurance, helping to ensure our frontline care team delivers professional, respectful and dignified support to every client.

As Senior Carer, she plays an important role in inducting new team members, supporting them in the field through shadowing, and sharing hands-on care experience that helps maintain safe, compassionate and consistent standards across our service.
