Alex himself is very enthusiastic about the service he provides, and this attitude is reflected in his staff. He came to our rescue when we needed care for us for a short duration before moving home, and he responded immediately.

His assessment of our needs was thorough and realistic, and he showed that he knew what he was talking about. He was knowledgeable and empathetic. He gave us a package at a very reasonable price which he then delivered through to our moving out, even though the time period was extended.

The care he provided was mainly for my wife. . This was to assist my wife in getting out of bed, washing, hygiene, dressing, moving to the living room for breakfast, and helping me with domestic chores. This was carried out by two carers who were very pleasant and helpful, with care and compassion."

" Since my hospital discharge in July, I have been under the care of Alex C&C Healthcare. Throughout my care the Management has striven to provide excellent liaison between us and other agencies. The care is provided with dignity and in my opinion could not be any better. Â
I have a core group of carers that visit, with which my wife and I have built a relationship of mutual trust and friendship. Protocols are followed with care being delivered in a respectful, professional and obviously well trained manner. They work together to provide excellent care delivered reassuringly to achieve minimum discomfort. They have obviously had plenty of experience, so are able to provide plenty of strategies and practical ideas.
