Health, Safety & COSHH Compliance
All cleaning services are delivered in line with current Health & Safety legislation and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) Regulations. Our teams use cleaning products safely, receive regular health and safety training, keep equipment appropriately maintained and complete risk assessments where necessary to support safe working practices.
Professional Uniform, Photo ID & PPE
Every member of staff attends wearing a clean Alex C&C Cleaning Services branded uniform together with an official company photo identification badge. Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is worn whenever required to maintain hygiene, safety and professionalism, so you can easily recognise authorised members of our team.

Personal information, keys, alarm codes, security arrangements and confidential information are handled securely and treated in strict confidence in line with UK data protection principles.
Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering consistently high standards. If you believe an agreed area has not been cleaned to the expected standard, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review your concerns and, where appropriate, arrange to rectify the issue promptly. Your feedback supports our commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous quality improvement.
Property Access
Please ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be provided, or our team is unable to enter due to circumstances outside our control, the visit may be treated as a late cancellation and the applicable cancellation fee may apply. Clear access arrangements help us maintain punctuality and minimise disruption to other scheduled appointments.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. As appointments are reserved specifically for you and staff are allocated in advance, cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booked service, or such other fee as specified within your service agreement. This policy helps us maintain reliable scheduling for all clients.
Payment Terms
Payment is due in line with your agreed quotation, booking confirmation or service agreement. Accepted payment methods are set out elsewhere on this website. Invoices should be paid within the agreed payment period and may be subject to reminder notices or administrative charges where permitted if payment is late.
